  • 3. Soft soled non slip shoes
  • 4. Cool clothing such as shorts or swim suits
  • 5. Cooler for your fish (48 quart or larger)
  • 6. Food and drink for full day (water is suggested).
  • 7. Alcoholic beverages allowed in moderation.

    The Boat

    The Easy Going is owned and operated by Capt Ron Garrison who has 30 years of experience operating fishing vessels in the Gulf of Mexico. The Easy Going is a 35' Coast Guard Inspected diesel powered fishing vessel. It has a six passenger capacity. It is fully equiped with the latest safety and fish locating electronics. The back deck is also a fully covered, so that you can enjoy the shade while you ride or fish. The cabin has four bunks and a clean restroom. There is heat for the winter and fans for the summer. You will be supplied with all your fishing needs such as bait, ice, and tackel. Feel free to bring your own favorite tackle.

    Sport Fishing Trips

    The boat will depart at 6am and take you to some of the finest fishing spots in the Gulf. Chances are you will begin catching fish within the first hour of your trip. Be prepared to see beautiful sunrises, petrolium platforms, and playful porpoises as your day progresses. At the end of the day your fish will be processed and bagged, ready for cooking or freezing.

    Sport Diving Trips

    The Easy Going will transport your dive group to some of the finest sites in the Gulf. The VA Fogg. numerous platforms, small shrimp boat wrecks, and natural reefs are within easy travel. There is ample room for all your gear. Be sure to bring your underwater camera to capture the beauty of the Gulf.

    Trips and Times

    Full day trips - 6am until 6pm Half-day trips- 6am until noon or noon until 6pm Half day trips are only available Mon thru Thur May thru Sept. Two day trips are a total of 36hours.

    Weekend reservations should be made well in advance for the summer months. Call now for availability. A 200 dollar deposit is required to hold your reservation. Bad weather or a 15 day advance notice is necessary for a refund. Personal or Business Checks are accepted please put date of trip on the memo line.
